Garden dangers

The greatest danger to your dog is the garden.

Use strong gates, latches and fencing, make sure that there are no gaps in hedges.

Keep all chemicals locked in a garden shed and cover rubbish bins.

Make sure garden ponds are kept covered. Many garden plants are poisonous to dogs. In particular, Scotty's should be prevented from eating all kinds of fungi kept away from laburnum trees and mistletoe berries.

Also make sure you clean up any fouling that has been made by unwanted visitors, like the neighbours CAT
